Bring on the Bad Guys

Eighteen bad guys, loaded in no particular order. I just didn't feel like loading them in any sort of order such as the top brass down to the lower ranked personalities.

My plan is write about both the character, as I am portraying them, and/or the figure. Some of the following figures are customs without a defined character as of yet.

Here's where you come in, loyal reader. If you can help me create a character for some of the following "people", I'll give you... uhh... credit? Thanks?

Blackout (Thomas Stall) - brother of Dwight & Alyssa Stall, working for Cobra. Nothing much different from his established character, just redefined for my new world. The figure is a pretty easy custom. I used the original figure's head with a DG black Cobra Trooper body and Shock Trooper web gear.
Firefly from the Retaliation 3 pack. Straight up bad ass figure. No changes needed. Firefly's character remains pretty much intact, except for all that ninja nonsense. Sure, he's got some martial arts training, but I don't need him to be a ninja along with Storm Shadow and the others.
Voodoo, Shadow Tracker's head on a Night Adder body. The Night Adder was a bit of a miss to me. The helmet was kind of dumb. It just didn't work with the body. I liked Shadow Tracker, but just wasn't really thrilled with the figure. Just at random, I tried a head swap and really liked the height that this new figure had. Voodoo is a huge beast of a man, sadistic and cruel. Usually sort of a bounty hunter/assassin in the employ of Cobra. The zombie vipers are oddly passive in his presence.
Major Bludd really needs a modern update. I like this RoC Destro body and it works out pretty well as Bludd's new look. He's still pretty much the same character, no real personality changes for me. The issue about whether or not his right arm is robotic or not is not an issue to me.
Aurra Sing? The head came from an older Aurra Sing figure from the original Star Wars episode 1 line. Five points of articulation! I've had this Resolute Baroness body lying around, hated that jumbo head. I found the Aurra Sing figure, chopped her head off, drilled it out and tried it on for size. Works for me! My initial thoughts were in along the lines of this being sort of a spin on Pythona, but since Pythona will be showing up next year, she needs to be redefined. I'm still thinking that I can keep the name Aurra Sing.
But who is she going to become?
This Crossbones figure is excellent! He serves Cobra Commander as both a field commander and drill instructor for new troops. I would have liked to have gotten that Big Boa from the Club, but he's way out of my price range now. Crossbones takes over.
"Yeah, I remember Big Boa. He begged for mercy before I killed him."
Cesspool - awesome figure from the Club. Same basic character except not so idiotic like the DIC cartoon version. He's a psycho industrialist, but not a complete environment-destroying nut job.
Destro. What else needs to be said? Except that I can't stand the knees of the figure. Weak-kneed pantywaist! No, not really. Just an unfortunate screw up in figure production by Hasbro.
A Rise of Cobra Baroness body with the RoC Flash "gimp" head becomes the Mistress, Cobra Commander's woman. A creepy woman who is usually always by the Commander's side. Silent, sleek, agile, and deadly with a blade.
Loki? Sure, why not? I found the Loki figure from wave two of the Thor:Dark World series and really wanted to use him in my Cobra hierarchy. A simple head swap to the Resolute Destro body and a new Cobra character is created. He's got some decent height as well.
So who is he? He can still be Loki. Well, maybe not the Asgardian Loki, but still code named Loki. Another weapons dealer? Military strategist?
Help me out, folks!
Scrap Iron gets a simple effective upgrade. I've shown this guy many times before. Same character; Destro's primary weapons developer who also likes to field test his creations.
No ideas with this guy. I only bought one of the wave 1 Cobra Troopers from the Retaliation line. No ankle articulation, but still some interesting sculpting on the figure. I really like the head sculpt. He reminds me of the Night Vulture from the original series. I'm thinking maybe an assassin? Bodyguard?
I'm going to need some help with this character. He's pretty much a blank slate. I don't want him to be another damn ninja though. I have enough of them. He's definitely very skilled with a sword.
Zartan has become such a bit of trouble for me. There have been so many cool versions and I really don't know which one would become my default figure. I think that this Resolute version will become my default Zartan. The really cool desert version will become someone else. No Drednoks in my world. They did exist, but they were purged by Cobra forces. They betrayed Zartan and mostly wiped out by Cobra forces. A few still remain...
Tomax and Xamot, the business men of Cobra. Soldiers in battle as well as soldiers in the board room. I like the base figure from a version of Firefly, but didn't like it as Firefly. I bought two, so why not use the body for an update for the twins? Works for me!
The head sculpt from the Aqua Viper officer with a RoC Storm Shadow body and some other figure's legs. Some sort of Cobra scientist. Who is he? Help me out?
Lastly, we have my custom of Cobra Commander based on the original IDW version. No bullet through the head for this guy though. I really like the Retaliation version of Cobra Commander with that bad ass helmet, but I'm not sure who is exactly in charge. That's a post for another day.
I do see this guy as a higher level leader of Cobra. There is much more to my Cobra organization than Cobra Commander at the top of the food chain. Perhaps this guy is Cobra CEO?

I know, I'm missing some folks. Where's the Baroness? I'll get to her. What happened to the Drednoks? Another story to be told later.

I've got a few characters that need development! Help me out!

I would LOVE to write a Cesspool bio for you. He's my favorite Cobra character and that CC version is the #1 on my "must get" list!
